From 2007 to 2017, China’s environmental industry has witnessed the surge of PPP (Public-Private-Partnership), the boom of M&A, the transition of Barbarians and the development of NEEQ (National Equities Exchange and Quotations). China’s environmental industry, following the issuing and implementation of three “Tens” (“Water Ten”, “Air Ten” and “Soil Ten”), has stepped into the maturity stage in just 10 years, with the number and value of M&A cases remaining stable. And environmental companies have also achieved their own growth during this period.
